Default no energy? avoiding extra potassium

hey, i was wondering if a lack of energy and feeling lethargic is a normal side effect to bc pills.. and if anyone has suggestions of how to help get energy back! (other than monster drinks, or chai tea..)

also, my gyno has told me, since i take advil or ibuprophane semi regularly for knee inflammation and injury that (because of the warning on the pills for high levels of potassium) i should avoid eating bananas and any other source of extra potassium.. does anyone else experience this? or have any thoughts/comments...

    i'd appreciate it. thanks!

I would think that you'd be able to eat bananas, just not chow down on them. How long have you been on your b.c.? Maybe you should consider switching pills for a low-dose. Personally, my body is really particular and I've switched a number of times. Sunday I am supposed to start Lybrel after being on Depo for almost a year.

    Good Luck!
