hello,

I have been taking birth control for 4 years. i was suppose to get my period on saturday but nothing then i started spotting (very Light) on sunday and monday it was gone. I started a new pack but i have not gotten my period, this morning my back was hurting so i thought okay ill get it but nothing either. i took a take home pg test but i was negative.
what can be wrong?
