    Question Switching pills mid pack

I am currently taking Marvelon but it has been horrible to me. It has robbed me of all my sex drive, it makes me nauseous, emotional, and agitated and basically has caused nothing but problems in my life. I want to switch back to orthotricyclen, which did cause breakthrough bleeding but other than that no side effects. I just wonder if it would be a bad idea to stop the Marvelon early and then just start my tricyclen after my next period? I have no fears of being pregnant as I am simply not wanting to have sex right now, so that wouldn't be an issue. Basically I just want to know if anyone knows any reason why I should finish up my Marvelon pack, or can I just throw the ****** things away? Thanks for any advice you might have, it's very appreciated!

If you stop taking them mid cycle the odds are it will throw your hormones out of whack and you may not have your period when scheduled.

Just my suggestion, I'd finish the pack if you can stand it, have your period and then start the other kind.
