France was great, but I am happy to be home. I like America. What can I say? I LOVE America. Hotels have washcloths here and you can drink from the tap with a smile on.
I get a few days of the boyfriend before he goes to his base ... and inevitably deploys for the summer.
It's all good. I hope everybody enjoys the blog function

Beyond happy to be home, where things aren't expensive ... the USD needs to come back against the Euro!
And the Eiffel Tower is kind of ugly  But in all, it was wonderful.I do love facts  And having the Internet back. |

Because I failed to read all your post's before you left, I had no idea of where you were...I will go to France when they build a large and long bridge across the pond...With my loving all the finer things in life, what you speak of does not sound like fun.
Now as far as "spam"......We have had more of it while you were away then they canned for the troops during World War II..... Welcome back....We missed you....Caroline |

Long flights across the Atlantic suck. But at least there is a movie screen. I won't be envying CW when she heads out to see her man ...
Speaking of WWII, I visited a few of the places where the troops landed on D-Day and the Museum in Caen. It was really interesting ... Yeah, I saw the emails of reported posts, jeez. I'm glad Patricia took care of it |
