dont let the herditery bother you, just avoid salt, and when cooking dont use salt either, us mrs dash or other spices,
some medication is required to bring down the blood pressure. I believe this nausea is causes by a panic attack.
dont worry about you heart, remember, consume more fruits and vegetables and les meat.
more chicken, fish, and shrimp, fish, avoid fried foods and learn how to bake. use olive oil.
    you be alright.

Fear and stress can create Irrital Bowel Syndrome, it's an un-known thing, that they believe that stress, trauma is the main trigger...

You can feel nausea, bloat, feel flat, if this is how you feel, don't use any spices, but agree, chicken, fish, lots of greens are a way to reduce it all...

You have to see what foods trigger, dairy, too much meat, spices, chilli etc are not good..

See, if you have stressed your body out too much and so, you have a weak stomach and can't tolerate certain things now..
