Ok, so I have been married almost a year, I am a diabetic , and I have PCOS. With all of this going on, I am looking to get into shape. It has been hard for me. My weight has been up and down. Before the wedding I really watched everything I did and ate. Now, I am under alot of stress with a new job and a new move. I just need advice and some support in getting into shape and feeling better about myself!
