I'm so relieved! My husband and I are going to start TTC in May/June Our 2-year anniversary is in May, and we figured we'd start then...but with my cycles the way they are, if we conceive the first try, it will be June. We want to be pregnant by August, so there's no rush or pressure to get pregnant right away, but it would be nice if we do

I've been indulging a little by looking at baby stuff online! Not actually creating baby registries or anything like that. I just realized that I really didn't have anything in mind for a nursery...and I was curious as to what's out there.
So I really like pale yellow and grey. I don't want gender-specific bedding or anything...so it can be reused. We definitely want to know the gender of the baby I also want all homemade stuffed animals. There are a bunch on Etsy, but I may need to make some...which would be fun, I think.
I really like doing things differently. I like going against the norm, to a degree. I don't like too much of the commercialized stuff on Target & Babies 'R Us. I like unique & handmade things.

It's just been so fun planning and talking about it with him. It's awesome to hear him actually saying things like "When you're pregnant..." And it's great to start preparing for pregnancy! I haven't started on any prenatal vitamins or anything yet. I want to take time to figure out which one I want to take, etc. But I'm still trying to prepare my body now. No harm, right?

I know I have a month or so still, but I'm really excited. I'm also just really happy that my husband is excited! I can't wait to see him as a father!
