Thread: Why aren't women into computer games?

oooooooooh!!! well i dont play online games - although i did have a go on runescape. But got bored. ha!!

Wow... runescape sounds familiar to me, but I can't remember playing that one though. I never made it with online games and got bored with them too! XD

But, I'm a huge Sim-fanatic! I own all of the versions for the PC, expansions too, and even the made-for-the-console version of the Sims... which some were lame, as it was limited on how much furniture you can add to a Sim's house or how large a house could be. But, I did enjoy The Sims 2 Castaway for the PS2! That was fun! :-D
As for The Sims 3, I have bought a copy of that, last year... but still haven't had the time to upgrade my computer yet, to play it! One of these days! I guess, I'm getting old now and can't keep up with the Sims as much. LOL! ;-)

Im the same as you, I have the complete sims PC boxset, and im gradually getting all the sims 2 stuff. I havent played any sims on the PS2 though. Im never any good when using the controllers! haha! Love those kind of games. Zoo tycoon is also a pc game that i LOVE playing.

Oh, I will do! As soon as I get the time and money to upgrade my old PC... :-/
I bought the game, thinking that it would work with my old specs... was so disappointed when I found out that I needed a faster processsor and video card. Doh!
So, I have the game itself, but not installed yet. :-(

But yep, if you choose to buy the Sims games for the console, stay clear of "The Urbz: The Sims In The City"! :-o
I had fallen for the hype of this one, bought it... and got bored of it in less than ten minutes. LOL! I did complete the game, but it's one of the poorer version of The Sims. If anyone skips that game, they're not missing out on much! But, the rest of The Sims console games are awesome! :-D

i am into computer games lol, i play xbox wii and ds, pc, you name it. I am a big gamer, lots of brothers and i love the sims, well used to, my laptop is a pain and wont let me play much. I love left for dead, zombie games and horror movies are the best! supernatural is my all time fave tv show, but i guess i am bit weird lol. I play xbox with the boys, with this halo game, i dont get it, but they get away with shooting me, and we resolve a comflict with it. Beats snapping at each other, but there is a limit to what i do. Weekends only, and once a month we have a gaming night. My brothers and my family have a tournament, and the winner picks the following months game and treated to sunday breakfast in bed.

oh and if you like interacvtive try heavy rain for xbox, mindblowing. I also play mystery and hidden object games.

I don't think you're weird at all! I've been a fan of horror movies since age 8 and I did love Supernatural for the longest! :-D
Sadly... I had missed too many episodes of that one, so I have to buy the box-set dvds and catch up, one of these days. Sam and Dean rocks! :-)

I don't own a xbox... something about it, makes me hesitant in getting one. LOL! Yet I have every other system: DS, Playstation3, Gamecube, etc. Even the old-school systems of: Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, Playstation 1 & 2, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance... systems that I grew up with, but still have now! They are dusty, but still work fine. lol. One of these days, I'll try the xbox I'm sure... well after I enjoy the Wii. But thanks for the suggestions! :-D

lol no worries, yeah sam and dean combo rawk, something about jensen ackles aka dean stir thoughts deep within. Lol! meh my bf has halle berry. Yeah i love mario and i remember the shooting ducks game? on the nintendo LOL, best and most infurating game ever, we have mario kart on the wii, dont play unless you have grave patience, i am forever throwing the controller, stomping off and cursing baby mario, whilst my bf, simply laughs it off till he gets hit repeatedly with shells. LOL then he has the hissy fit! Horror movies have and will always be my thing, others just dont do it for me, i love being frightened witless, and am hoping to go on one of those haunted weekends for my honeymoon! In an old castle here in Ireland, so that should be lots of fun!!
