☮“I am convinced that the women of the world, united without any regard for national or racial dimensions, can become a most powerful force for international peace and brotherhood.”☮
Only 3 !?!
Ok, but am leavin some out
BOOKS:
- the Christian Bible, King James version (ok, this shocks folks that know me, but there it is - powerful stuff if you open self to it)
- Stranger in a Strange Land (by R Heinlin - pure sci-fi w/ some half-baked spirtiuality baked in just for fun)
- The Trilogy of the Rings don't see the movie - read it.
Hmmm fantisy, adventure, kinda sci-fi and half baked spirituality. Is there a common thread here?
MOVIES:
Rocky Horror Picture Show ! Oh heck yeah! #1 ... lets see - fun, comedy, sci-fictionsexual awakening, loss of innocence, metamorphasis,,,,singing, dancing and a "sweet transvestite"
Star Wars (the first one that came out) a close second fav - sci-fiction, half-baked spiruality, conflict between physical force and a kind of 'tao' unifying nature force... metamorphasis, violence, adventure ......
hmmmm almost any vampire movie that relies on the story line rather than special effects for impact. Love the old Bella Lugosi black and white flick done back in the 40's or 50's... intensely sexual (tho not graphic) if you pay attention. Has fantisy, degredation, half-baked spirituality, violence, adventure, metamorphasis ..... charm ?
what fun!
good for you P!
