Thumbs up Best Movie EVER!!

I saw the movie Juno the other night and I have to say it is the best movie I have seen in a very long time. I am an avid moviegoer...I love movies!! My roommate and I own over 100 dvd's and this movie was better than most of the movies we own.

The soundtrack is really good too and I recommend it to EVERYONE! I am planning on buying the movie the second it comes out on DVD

Also I am a huge Kevin Smith fan so I also recommend his trilogy which includes the original three: Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy as well as 3 more Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Clerks II.

I would have to say the best movie of all time was...

Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back... Better than Star Wars: A New Hope it offered something to just about everyone, action, special effects, romance, plot twist, just good entertainment. Return of the Jedi to blaah.

Of course George Lucas really lost it with the Star Wars prequels and this latest Indiana Jones flick. I'm not looking forward to this Clone Wars anime.

Lol a true movie buff can never pick just one. City of god, almost famous, deer hunter, apocalypse now, the godfather naturally, goodfellas, pulp ficition, the list would go on and on but since this is a womans site, love actually is my favorite alltime chick flick hands. Not a chick flick but high fidelity is on of my top romance flicks.

The Dark Knight. Heath Ledgers performance was sickeningly twisted and brilliant. He was a great actor and I'm buying this movie when it comes out on blue-ray A-mazing!

Well it is difficult since there are so many genres and each movie must be measured for the genre that it falls in. We all can make a list a list of great movies. But try, pick one movie. One movie that not only can stand up to time but was a break through in movie making when it was released, that no one could have done it better, that has great acting as well as a great plot, that offers something to a wide audience?

Everyone, try to pick a single movie. It's hard.

It certainly wasn't enjoyable, but perhaps Irreversible was the best.

Its not hard, it's impossible. Lol I'm a young guy, but I love movies so much I could probably give you my favorite movie in every genre for every year since 1980 and a ton more great flicks from 50, 60s, 70s. There's just too many GREAT flicks to pick one.

..but as for Juno goes and 2007 movies, I saw it the first day it came out and thought it was a great movie, but no country for old men, that was the definition of a psychological thriller, devoid of all the rudementary constraits of the the cliché plot, and innovative in every way. But Juno is still funny as shlt.

No, those are canidates for best films in genre.

As for Titanic it is the highest grossing film of all time, so it did something right.
