Default Surgery...

Well I have to have the Cold Knife Cone surgery.....

The Dr. told me that it was a procedure done in the hospital Outpatient Surgery. Which I can deal with. What they told me the cells, are High Grade..

And well it may only be a small surgery. But still scares the out of me. She told me I was on the fence for cervical cancer....

Lord..It happens on April 13, 2009.

Anyone every have this?

it sounds horrible, i am not sure what it is, but good luck to you. last year they found a lump in my boob. i had to have a biopsy. i was so very worried, but it turned out fine (as i believe it usually does) hope everything is fine for you too.

Sucks being a woman, i had second degree Cervical Cancer, but they burnt the little bugger away 6 years ago.

Funny story, I was telling the guy how i have had needles stuck in my arm, "must have died in my past life from them", and as I am telling him of my fear of needles, he's putting one down there.

Whilst he was doing his thing, my butt was off the table up in the air and when "he" recovered, he stated to me, " um you can put your butt back on the table now" and I can't explain how much I laughed.

I had a horrible Doctor before him, whom through biopsy didn't numb me and the pain was well.. So ensure that you explain you want to be out of it, no feeling, but you will be fine, the fact that it is bordering, and "not" means that it can be gotten rid off.

6 years later, I know...

Pap smears are horrid but worth every bit of being un-comfortable, ......
