Feeling alone with vulvar skin cancer
Hi,
I had a recurrence this year of vulvar skin cancer. I am 43 and had my first occurrence at the age of 24. I had a partial vulvectomy on one side and laser surgery on the other in April, and so far everything has healed well. I start a treatment of a chemotherapy cream this week to ensure that they got all of the cancer cells. From what I have been told this is very rare but may be linked to the HPV virus. I don't know anyone else who has had this and would like to connect with someone who else who gone through this. |

Check out yahoo groups. There were 5 or 6 groups for women who are dealing with similar problems. I'm sure you can find the support you need there.
