Before getting into things, whatever it may be or whatever it is, think thoroughly. As far as smoking is concerned, think of the ways that help you to stop the habit.

First think about the dangerous effects of smoking habits. Carefully analyze how it is carving out your life, your money and all that is essential for a peaceful life. Then think about the positives that occur while such a habit is not with us.

After all the analysis, thinking and rethinking make a final decision. If the conclusion is positive apply that factor to your life. It will definitely help you to increase the life span and it will also make you to feel better. There are lots and lots of(replace link - ways to quit smoking) factors exist, but it’s us who have to find the best among them.

Let me bump this just to make sure it doesn't go down the memory hole.

Next week our lives could drastically change.

They found something on her chest x-ray last week.

    I will.

Right now, based off what I know so far, I don't think it's cancer but more than likely emphysema or another COPD related illness. I'd be a little suprised if it's cancer because she was referred to a pulmonologist and not an oncologist.

    Thanks Lana.
