    Question Natural Methods?

I'm curious - what types (if any) of natural methods of healing have you researched? Nutrition? Orthomolecular medicine? Raw foods? Homeopathy? Positive Affirmation? Please share your thoughts and experiences? Thank you!

I have studied antioxidants in foods...that is one of the subjects that has the science to prove that it could have the potential to work for types of healing if someone wanted to avoid doctors and general medicine. As for other healing the mind controls the placebo effect and that topic is an absolute stunner when it comes to a lot of things.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

    Post Aloe Vera Juice

I've been studying Aloe Arborescens and I have seen some pretty interesting results just on my own experimentation. I haven't used Aloe Arborescens but I've used its common cousin Aloe Barbadensis juice. Aloe has an amazing amount of nutrients, 6 anti-septic properties, several minerals and the big 3 anti-oxidant vitamins, A, C and E. Along with the B vitamins (including Folate!). The difference between Aloe A and Aloe B is that Aloe A has 200% more of the phytochemicals and micro-nutrients than Aloe B does. Also, I've used it internally and applied it to relieve my chronic yeast infections and I haven't had an infection since I got better after using it 5 days in a row. Anyway, I do not have cancer but there has been studies on rats that had tumors implanted on them and given aloe injections. The tumors went away after about a week and a half of injections. Also, many stories from people who've started taking aloe vera juice as a remedy for various cancers and have cured themselves. Don't be fooled by just any aloe juice though. You need to get it in a dark glass bottle because the phytochemicals are light sensitive. If it's in a plastic bottle, the anti-oxidants will just detoxify the chemicals from the plastic and you'll be drinking basically a dirty filter. (you can taste the difference between plastic and glass contained items.) I hope you'll take the time to research it yourself.

A little late, so hopefully you see this, but there are nutritional methods to sometimes cure cancer or reverse heart disease. See the Physician's Committe for Responsible Medicine website. Also, read the book The China Study by T. Colin Campbell.

It's really amazing what we actually DO have control over with our bodies.

We should do everything we possibly can to prevent cancer. I am a 3-time cancer survivor and am still in remission. I make a breakfast smoothie, with lots of green stuff in it (kale, chlorophyl, spirulina, hemp protein powder and minerals etc. Of course I put some frozen fruit in it to sweeten it up. I juice fresh vegetables for lunch, along with eating raw almonds and a couple of brazil nuts, all of which are cancer fighters. And, of course, eliminating sugar from your diet is a must.
