I am 32, married 6 years, 5 kids. I haven't had a pap smear in 3 years. But all paps previously were normal, never had infections or gyno issues before, all births were normal except I did have a cesction with my last child because she was sideways. My pelvic area hasn't felt normal since. I am about 40-50 pounds overweight. I've been known to be anemic and have low progesterone/high estrogen. My periods have always been kind of irregular, but never heavy. I am on no meds, but probably should be for SEVERE anxiety/depression for 10 years. I haven't left my home in months. I did have a few HPV warts removed 7 years ago but the doctor said they were not the cancer kind.
    2 years ago:
    severe fatigue
    irregular periods (but not heavy)
    spotting midcycle/before period
severe/constant lower back pain/radiates to both legs
started having bowel issues (from loose to constipated)
    9 months ago:
    watery/yellowish discharge started (daily)
I would spot like I did previously before discharge started but because it was mixed with discharge, I had a hard time telling if it was spotting or pink discharge.
    eczema/rash all over genital/thigh/buttock area
I noticed it had been a long time since I showed signs of ovulation. No temp change or cervical mucus.
no other symptoms/no pelvic pain or abnormal bleeding
    July:
1 week before I was due a period, I had a small blood clot (quarter size) and red bleeding for like 10 minutes. I thought it was period starting but nothing came of it. A week later the discharge was heavy and brown for a day. Figured my period was coming. Then one night I felt wet, went to the bathroom and bright red blood gushed like a faucet for like 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, another small gush. Next 2 days were just spotting. I almost went to ER cause it scared me bad. But I didn't cause it stopped. The next day is when the pelvic pain started. I decided then to cut out all sugar (my diet was horrid) and I started loosing weight. I can't excercise due to fatigue and back pain.
August, Sept, Oct were filled with irregular light red or pink spotting/bleeding. Especially after a BM, Id see bright red blood, or if I had to pee real bad. It was non pattern, just come and go. Never heavy. But a new symptom started happening: I would get chills/cramping and pass these dime size clots. Spotting or not. Sometimes it would make the spotting start. But sometimes a clot would come out with no bleeding or spotting, just randomly. I kept loosing weight because I cut out dairy/wheat/sugar and got very depressed. I have lost 35 pounds in 4-5 months (Im still considered obese), but I also realized I was only consuming like 900 calories a day. I started obsessing over all thus and googling-daily-nightly. Worrying 24/7.
For the past month, discharge has improved to only happening when I pee. No bright red bleeding. No period yet. A few times of pink when I have a BM. And several times of the wierd random clots. But Ive started having urine frequency and mild pain after I pee. I don't even know if Ive had a true period in months because the bleeding has been light, random, not like a normal period.
I've taken AZO uti test that said I have a trace of a UTI, but it hasn't got worse in a month?
I have also taken several Vagisil Infection test (when not bleeding), and all kept saying a PH of 6.0 indicating BV or Trich.
Help? I need to somehow see a doctor, but I can't leave home.

You will need to see even a GP doc. Staying at home and googling is not a good idea. You will come across countless website that are going to over exaggerate symptoms and conditions because the writers decide they are terrified of doctors/medicine in general. Very good idea to be educated but if it is clearly a biased "do not listen to a doctor listen to me" type advice then you should close the page.

All the spotting and discharge can mean an infection, see a doctor it usually goes away no problem. The random clots without a period are the only thing that a doctor may ask a few more questions about, usually it just means your cycles are off which you already admit is the case with your body but they may want to just check that out.

No matter what though if you are feeling yucky and having a bunch of weird symptoms you will need to see a doctor.

Because I am homebound from anxiety. I literally have not left home in months.
I was hoping someone could help me calm down and give me different ideas to what it could be.......

Because my discharge is so watery and yellowish is what through me off from infection, even though the Vagisil test say it is. I keep replaying in my mind "why would the test say infection if it weren't?".

(I forgot to mention, the discharge smells horrid. It is not clear. It is cloudy/yellowish and smells musty/rotton.)

    Katie,

You need help with this. We can't diagnose it for you, we aren't medical people and this sounds like it is beyond a simple yeast infection or something that we might offer ideas to deal with. You need to be tested and examined in a doctor's office.

Are you and your husband living together? Is he aware of your situation? What are you doing about your children's health care and well being? They can't just stay cooped up in the house with you all their lives. What would you do if there were an emergency? How do you handle shopping? You HAVE to deal with this and that WILL require getting to a doctor for both your OB and your psych issues a GP would be a good place to start. You also need to have adequate conception control. The days are shorter now, would it be any easier for you to go out when it is dusk or dark? In most cities there are some doctors offices that keep late or early hours a couple days a week to accomodate people's work schedules, Could you get an appointment?

You need to have a family member, neighbor or freind take your children for the day and then you need someone(s) who are firm minded to take you to the doctor and not let you back down. You or they (maybe your husband, or does he help support this behavior?) need to explain to the doctor's office what is going on, they may be able to prescribe a limited dose of anxiety meds to take for a few days before and on the day of the appointment so you can get there. The only other option I can envision would be if your insurance of local social services offer any sort of emergency home visit services. but I think these are generally set up after a doctor consultation. In my community there is a social services liaison to the police and fire dept who will visit and make an assessment. I've called them in for tenants who have problems such as compulsive hoarding that has posed a fire and health risk. If your community has this kind of service they maybe able to help but it would be best if you do it.

I know nobody can diagnose me on here, I wasn't expecting that. Was just hoping someone could give ideas since I go for the worst first.

Katie, that's a lot of things going on with you and being anxcious will escalate alot of your problems...

Stress can cause irregular periods, irregular periods can cause your body to go out of wack and even if it's a yeast infection, it won't go away without some form of treatment..

Does it also itch? Have you tried having a warm bath, to calm yourself down more...

I know you feel you can't leave the house, you need to over come that.. Surely a sympathetic Doctor, if called would do a house call in this instance, can you try a few, call ...

It does itch, but the discharge is watery/yellowish/excessive when I'm not bleeding. It's not the type of yeast discharge Ive read about. I will give you an example of the bleeding since it did it this morning for the first time in a month.
For no rhyme or reason, I started cramping last night (I haven't had a period this month) and I started spotting or well the discharge turned pink or was mixed with pink. I went to the potty and randomly passed a dark red dime size clot. A few hours later passed another similar clot but this time bright red blood (watery) poured out like a faucet for a minute. Then back to pink spotting. And cramps.
When Im not doing that example, Im having the discharge in it's place.
That's how it was for July, Aug, Sept, Oct. It's never heavy bleeding all day or anything like that. It is exactly what I described. I'm not even sure Ive had a period because it's so sporatic/comes and goes. And of coarse for a month it didn't happen until today.
It makes me nervous a doctor checking me, Im scared it's going to do it. I don't use tampons and we haven't had sex since the discharge started, so I don't know what would happen if something was inserted. I've thought maybe I had PID, that maybe I left a infection go too long. But the way the bleeding does/the pattern, I don't know anymore.......
I just wish I had some clue/idea what it could be......
