    Question My Scary Problem

Hi, am new here as well. I am 19, and I recently started to have some scary issues. I have never had children, and have only been in a relationship with my current fiance. i started bleeding during intercourse and after, and I had a spell where i could not breath, I was twitching, and I was alomost unconcious. I was taken to the ER. They said that i needed a pap smear. I have never had a Pap smear. it scares me to think that there could be something wrong at 19. i have experienced the same problems with the back pain after an accident. Now i have pain in that region as well. The problems come and go, and that is the scary part. I am trying to get into a doctor's office, but because i am starting out it is finacially difficult. Any advice would be helpful becuase I am very freaked out right now! Thanks.

They probably want you to have a Pap smear because you are sexually active and many doctors say that a Pap smear is a necessity either at 18 or upon having sex the first time. Don't be scared - it could just be routine!
Instead of going to a proper doctor's office, you could get your Pap at a government health clinic or Planned Parenthood. These are both options with a sliding scale for payment and the visit can possibly be free.
The issues you describe could all be completely unrelated. They may have zero effect on your ability to have children in the future. The Pap might come back completely clean. The spell might never recur. The best thing you can do for yourself is to breathe deep and try your best to lessen your stress level - stress outside of fight-or-flight situations only makes things worse!

Pap spears honestly aren't that scary as Little stated.

Did they take your blood preasure? I assume so, are you enemic? Loss of too much blood can make you weak and almost pass out, so can low blood preasure..

What else did the Doctor say and how is the back pain related to this last incident.

They have never said that. But my pulse has always been really low. So it could be something similar. Idk if the back pain is realted I just know that I was having some weird issues and it was scary. Like I said it comes and goes so it could be nothing or something. If it happens a third time then I will take it seriously.
