Finding a good doctor is so hard. There are some "Rate your Doctor" sites and I think we owe it to each other to post good and bad reports when we encounter things like this.
Wow, I hope she comes back and tells us she has some good news. Shingles are residual virus from chicken pox but stress does seem to be strongly tied to flare ups. I've had shingles twice on my face and it's no fun. One characteristic, which was an immediate tip off that the poster didn't have shingels - they show up on just one side of the body. Having the problem on both sides pretty much rules out shingels.
Unbelievable that these docs were so clueless.

Hi Hawksgurl.
What has happened since your last post? I am new to the site and was reading through some of the posts. I started following your posts and it stopped. Hope all went well.
