Default Mammograms and genetic testing

I'm 20 (almost 21) and have a strong family history of breast cancer. I lead a really healthy lifestyle (I don't drink or smoke, I eat healthy, and I work out regularly). My mom thinks I need to start getting mammograms NOW, but everything I've read says that it is highly unusual to do so. Is this something I should talk to my gynecologist about? Also, my aunt's gynecologist recommended that all of the women in our family get tested for a gene related to issues with our ovaries...how do I bring this up with my doc? Lastly, has anyone out there got tested for BRCA1 and BRCA2...I'm not worried about a blood test, but I have mixed feelings about doing it. I guess I'm not really sure I want to know if I have the gene or not.

Sorry I'm rambling, just a little confused right now....
