with myself, yes its true.
This one might be a long one, but i kind of need to vent. I been reading alot of these posts, and alot of our time is focused on relationships. I should know. If you been reading my other posts, i just ended a four year relationship, and i been seeking attention from another man. From anyone really. I'm home for vacation so i been so lonely. Today something hit me, and i can smile again. I went out to get some food with my mother, when i saw an old friend. She looked very different, not for the best. We used to be friends in high school, before some drama happened. And she asked what i was doing with life now, i told her and wow, i even amazed myself. She said i looked good, and its true i do look good. I been loosing weight lately.
You see, I'm a college student, with a fulltime job. I come from a very poor background, now I am going to one of the top schools in California and maybe in the US, (UCLA) very hard to get to this point. And despite everything, I am a straight A student with a full time job. Unlike my peers, my parents do not pay tuition for me, at all. I can't afford to go out and party. I have come a very long way. And for a minute there, i forgot who i was.
My relationship failing made me be at my very low. I forgot who i was. Yes I am in love with my ex, but nevertheless i am in love with the woman i am. And at times like these, i have to keep going and make my dreams come true. I worked so hard to stop now. This relationship does not define who i am. He is a big part of me, but now all of me.
We have to remember who we are, and keep our eye on the prize. If anyone wants to be a part of our journey than good, if no one comes along then, just keep going ladies.
Love who you are first. If you feel self conscious than do something about it and commit to it. I know in the past 2 weeks after the break up, wow i feel hot! I dropped 2 sizes in jeans. And i think im very pretty too
My personality? well Im a strong woman, nice?? Im working on that.
If your not happy, than there's no one else to blame but yourself. We are were we are because of every choice we make every single day. Only you are in charge of your happiness. IF your not happy, than make yourself happy.
Than maybe after that you can learn how to love someone else.

As for me, I'm a trouper. A couple days ago, I thought i was depressed. And now, I am the happiest I've been in a long time.
