    Lol, stressed, who's rule? I think I will wait for him to say it, for one so I don't feel like I'm pressuring him to say it, plus so I don't make him uncomfortable. I think he'll be more ok with it first anyway. But I think if it ends up obvious that we are and it goes to long without saying it, I will do it so it doesn't end up that much more uncomfortable because we went too long without saying it.

    Definitely, men usually take longer to figure out they love their SO, so I'd definitely wait for him to say it. You'll know he really means it.

    And of course, sometimes when the girl says it first, the guy will respond by saying it -- perhaps a little nervously and not really feeling it yet -- because you put it out there and he doesn't want to upset you.

    You know, there is no bigger buzzkill than saying I Love You and getting a different response, or worse, no response...
