I would for sure see if he meant on a personal level or just professional. Second make sure he isnt married. Why would he have a band on a chain around his neck?
This is my first thread so please tell me like it is!!! I can take it. So I was in the local home improvement store today for a kitchen redesign and after about 45 minutes the guy that was helping ask me "so were is your property" and went out of his way to help me, 2 hours total. Then said he could email me or I could call him anytime for help. btw he was wearing a band on a chain around his neck. I haven't dated in so long I hope it's like riding a bike....lol. Thoughts?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. He was professional, an awesome personallity and polite. emails and calls and faxes. It would have been ok until he ask me where the property was. Am I just reading to much into this? I'm sure I will be seeing him again soon......HELP
Was the question of where the property was completely off subject or was he trying to give advice on delivery of goods or local repair people or similar things?
Did he give you a personal phone # and email, or professional? Was there a flirty tone in his voice or posture? It's kind of hard to tell... next time you see him try and pick up on these little signs.

Sounds like he was just doing his job, he's a salesman and he's trained to be friendly, when he asked where your property was he might have needed that for delivery purposes, email and phone number could have been for follow up reasones.
It's very hard to tell..
Hard to tell. Wait and see? Sidney may well be right, they are salesmen and can offer all sorts of services including installations and special orders.

I'd keep it totally professional unless he pursues you. He could be just doing his job well. On the other hand he could be interested.
The band could've been a spouse's wedding band who passed on. Could be the ring of a parent who passed on. Could be a ring he was given as a gift and maybe he outgrew it so he wears it on a necklace. Could be a girlfriends ring (sort of like people did in High School. haha).
If YOU are interested, maybe shoot him a friendly email that says "Thank you for the tremendous help you provided _____ (insert day here haha). It was very appreciated!". And leave it at that.
I'd let him show some explicit interest before I put too much thought into it.
