It was my boyfriends birthday on Christmas day (yes unlucky for him I know) and as a present I wanted to book a (relatively cheap) hotel for 1 night, possibly a weekend? He has no passport so staying in the UK is the only option for us unfortunately. Has anyone got any experience of any cheap hotels in the UK? I have tried looking on lastminute.com and other cheap booking sites, but all I can seem to find on there are places like The Hilton , which I believe will be too expensive for what I want the weekend or night to be about. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
