im 39 separatred, and like somene who comes in to work fro tie to time who is maybe 29/30. we often chat and have a laugh i want him to ask me out but it never seems to happen
Maybe he thinks, you may think he is too young...

Be bold, ask him out for a coffee, " you so make me laugh, why don't we catch up for a coffee, or a drink later?"...Smiling...

there could be a million+ reasons why he hasn't asked you out. Just cuz you have good laughs doesn't mean he's attracted to you. maybe he's just friendly! maybe he's been burned by all the women out that that's given him mixed signals that he doesn't know what's flirting for friendliness?
gotta take the plunge and ask HIM out. "it's just that easy folks"
