What is the topic? What were the bloggers intentions? What were some of the talking points? How do you feel about it?

I'm actually going to post the blog and reference back to his because I read it and I think your comment is rather interesting in reference that women should not be allowed to do what they want with their own bodies. I'm curious as to why you feel that way.

This is a blog entry from Nap Talk at BlogSpot.

    The Concept Of A S.lut .

Sluts, s, hookers, degenerates, the scum of the earth! All names that society today recognizes for women who "sleep around". In today's generation it is much frowned upon when a female is having sex often with multiple partners. People look there nose down on them. You can easily tell who has lots of sex, and who doesn't. Not by how they look, but by the way they conduct themselves. It's just a sense that us humans have, an instinct. I have one question... Why?

Why is it that in today's generation women who are attractive and decided to express themselves sexually are torn down by the opinions of others? Why should people care what women do in their bedrooms? They aren't hurting anyone are they? No. The reason that sexual intercourse is so looked down upon is because of the women in 1700's. They got married at the ripe age of 14, and didn't have sex often. In fact, the majority of women were virgins and were probably stressed much of the time. Sex before marriage in that time was socially unacceptable and even embarassing at times. Which is different compared to today where finding a virgin is like finding a unicorn (or a good movie). Quite difficult to do. Who's to say that there loveless lifestyle is better than the true, reality of today? Which is that people are going to have sex. I think that women just got smart and decided they didn't need us men anymore to make money now that they make just equally as much as us. They can just use any guy they want to fulfill their needs until they do meet Prince Charming.

I love the irony of this entire situation. You know women who call other women "sluts" would jump at the chance to make love to the guys some of these women do. My question to everyone is, What do you think? Do you think people are justified judging people based on how much intercourse? Do you think intercourse is necessarily a negative thing? Love to hear your thoughts, thanks for reading.

Hmmm, interesting idea that women."just use any guy they want to fulfill their needs until they do meet Prince Charming."
It could be equally said that many men do too.
I can be attracted to a man and want and enjoy sex with him, without wanting to commit for life or even a good chunk of time. It's just enjoying each other and sharing pleasure. So long as each understands what it is and enjoys it, I fail to see a problem."

What I do see as a problem with is women who use sex as a snare, as a replacement for self esteem, as a power tool. There are men who do so as well.

He responded! hmmm he makes a valid point. Not sure if posting the response is agaisnt rules but you may delete if you don't like!

I said : i think youre completely wrong, women shouldnt be allowed to do waht they want with their bodies. they do hurt guys, by cheating on them and doing other stuff

Napoleon said : I disagree, I believe women can do with their bodies what they wish. It's their bodies. As long as it's not harming anyone, which brings the argument of whether or not abortion is should be legal or not, but that's a story for another blog

I completely agree. As long as both parties are on the same page, then no harm, no foul. It's when either gender use it as a bargaining tool, so to speak.

I did try posting a comment on his blog with a link to this thread, inviting him over, but I keep getting errored out and it won't post.
