I would think most male MDs would have solid relationships as they are considered a good catch. The ones that are not in relationships probably aren't on the market for long. And I'm sure few are willing to relocate. You probably don't want to do that any more than they would. Maybe going for a similar field such as a biomedical researcher with a PHD would be better. Maybe college and university campuses would be the place to start.
