Tattoos on women, sexy or ....not so much?
I have two tattoos, being back in the dating game somewhat recently I was wondering what everyone thought about tattoos. I have a small heart on my stomach just above my panty line and a butterfly on my left shoulder blade. My ex-husband HATED my heart tattoo, so just after I got my divorce I got a large..ish butterfly bc I am free!!I know it depends on the size, location and what it is, but in general....tasteful tattoos ...sexy or not??
I think if a woman is feminine in her demena then, tatoos well placed are nice, look at Angelina and if i have to say Posh, ahh, but they dress feminine.
However, having said that some women look amazing and "artistic" in the way they portray themselves via tatoos.
You should always be yourself, if a guy isn't interested in the "inner person/soul" only on the outer body or what people will think, he is shallow and not worth being with, simple.

I've never cared for them. Tatoos make me think "Drunken Sailors" or "Motorcycle Gang Members." I'm probably very old fashioned here. I also don't care for Tongue, clit rings etc. It seems so "primitive" or tribal to me.
I think if theyre done tastefully and in places that can be covered theyre very sexy.
Tattoos on women like Amy Winehouses are not so hot.
Although tattoos on men = yum.
As a guy - tatoos on women are fine (within reason of course). They do hint at a less conservative, more risk taking sort of personality (which can be fun!)
I think they are sexy myself I have one on mine arm it is a heart with my husbands name inside it. I hope to one day get another one done so yeah I say they are sexy.
Tatoos sexy? Have to be in the taste of the people that are viewing them. Of course we are talking about size, shape, location, and quality and quantity. Are they artistic or are they prison tats? Everyone is going to have their own preferance. Personally, I don't have any. Was going to get one of a sun and moon, going for the whole balance, yin yang cosmic thing, but then Tristis comes along with this avatar that looks simular to what I was going for and Uneeklyme comments that it looks just like her tat. Well, now I don't know what I'm going to do.

For those interested in more comments - You might want to try and look in the lounge section for further comments as I seem to remember a thread posted there a while ago on tattoos.
I'm generally against most forms of body modification, but in a few rare instances I think tattoos can look nice on women... I've seen one or two sexy women with their whole backs tattoo'd, but it's rare.
