Question Filing 4 Costudy!!! Concerned aunt

My sister who is 18, is prego, her and the baby dad is split up., and welll he is gona file for sole costudy. The dad is 23-25 i think, The thing is, when they were dating, he told me if i was a bit older, he would date me instead of my sis. well he told me that a couple of months back. see if he is attracted to me at 13 and tells me that, i wonder what he isnt telling me that he is thinking about. I think he could of been thinking of something way worse then how cute i was. So should i tell the judge. cause if he gets costudy and wen the baby gets 13-14 and has friends over, what will he do to her or her friends? I dont want my niece hurt in anyway. and if i should, do you think i could tell him in private, cause noone but me and him know what he told me1!! my sis loved him and i dont want to hurt her feelings

The words alone are hard to say whether or not he was being trully creepy. It would depend on the context... how he said them. If it was one of those Oh you are adorable kiddo I'd ask you out in 10 years type thing said in a friendly tone, one that could have been said in front of others is one thing. If it was a catching you in a dark hall whispering in your ear making you feel creeped out ways its another.

However, if any man ever says anything, does anything that makes you feel weird or uncomfortable you should ALWAYS tell an adult.
