Your mistake was to start doing it in the first place.

One of the things life has taught, hungry people
cook first. Hence, come home not hungry and
don't cook.

Don't let him tell you about his problems, and how
he is tired, so are you. Let the house go to
mess. Leave it. You're tired.

Tell him you're a lousy wife. Lousy homemaker.
Just stop doing everything and slow down.

Let things go.
Eventually either; he will start to do things,
or he'll treat you like dirt.

If he starts, he's a keeper, if he treats you
like dirt, well, get out.
