where should i be/
I am not sure where i need to post this, but i would like to be where there are other women who have lost custody of their children. Can someone put me in the right direction?

look in the "motherhood" forum under family and relationships. And also, you may want to search for pasts posts of the same topic. I'm sure you will find something related to what you are going through right now
