Is anyone making him actually get out of bad? Kind of hard to sleep if you're up walking around the house, getting dressed and brushing your teeth.
My little brother who is 14 years old has a sleeping disorder. He has SUCH a hard time getting up. He goes to sleep when all my other siblings do. He eats like all my other siblings do. But he just can't seem to get up in the morning. A much older sibling had the same problem, till he had a little girl. haha. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to help him not struggle so much to get up? It's making the rest of my family late since they each have to wake him up multiple times.![]()

He might have to go to sleep earlier. OR later! Not sleeping the right about of time for YOUR particular body can cause this.
There could be something medical, wouldn't hurt to get a check-up.
Or... he could just be unmotivated to get up?
teenagers are all very talented sleepers, maybe all those raging hormones exhaust them, dont know what to say, he will probably grow out of it as did your older brother.
I agree... Maybe he needs to go to bed earlier ALSO wake him up earlier than everyone else has to get up so there is more time for him to wake up.
