Need to help teen friend talk to family.

One of my friend's is really having problems talking with her family about personal issues. She is still a teen by the way. I am always there for her, but I can tell it's a burden for her not being able to discuss things with her family. I want to talk to her family about it so bad, but I know it's not my place. I just don't know what to do about this.
