I'm not sure if his family like me? what are the signs they don't?
Met them three times so far, only been dating a few months.

If it's only been a few months I wouldn't worry about it yet. Give the relationship time to develop first.

They are just getting to know you, give it time.
How do they act towards you?
Meeting the parents can be difficult at times depending on their personalities... is there any reason you can think of why they wouldn't like you?
I wouldn't stress it.... just be nice and polite to them and try getting to know them, take an interest in something that interests them everything will fall into place.

Either you have the feeling, or it's an expression of fear.

The clues might come from your boyfriend reactions.
In most families, when the boy/man introduces his lady, there is always a time to get-to-know-each-other, but there is also some judgements in both ways.

Try to see in his eyes, his body language whether you are doing fine, or whether there are some adjustments to be made on your side.

Nothing pumps more a man's ego than being proud of his lady.
