    Kaylar is right about getting some outside help. Church is a great place to start. A lot of churches have groups that meet outside of the normal services. You can also check in the phonebook for support groups.

    Take Tinkerbells advice. I too was molested as a child, only it was done by my older cousins. It took me many years in counseling to even admit it out loud. My counselor gave me a number to a support group and it really helped me out. Also, about telling your husband, it will be hard but was well worth it for me. I told my boyfriend eventually (it took some time) but it was a huge weight lifted. I realized I no longer had to face it alone. Good luck to you.
