I am 31, 5.0 ft, and 111 lbs and I wear two-piece bikini and it looks good on me. The top I use is either the one that you tie on the neck or a bandeu. I also wear a sporty type of swim suit by Nike and I love it. Browse VS or a department store of your choice and try the ones that you like, also, ask someone form the store for an opinion. They are good at what they do.

VS has those kind with the demi top that are padded. That would give you what you are looking for.
why does that matter ? just wear that you think is cute & make you happy then go have fun in the sun!

You know thats funny I am 5'1 107 pounds but I have c-cups. lol I guess thats where my extra 3 pounds comes from. I can't wear bikinis because it makes me look top heavy. So they might look good on you.

Halter top with thick straps to tie behind the neck easily accent the breasts. GoGo! ^^

Small chest= victoria secret miracle bra top (any style at all)
If small chest and wide shoulders, get a push up halter top with a large print on it or a light color
If small chest and small shoulders get a bandeau (or triangle) with a large print on it or a light color
A 3/4 is pretty small...
curvy hips= double string bottom. Full coverage would create a larger appearance.
straight hips= cute bottom with ruffles or Brazilian cut (shows some cheek)
Fari skin: I think red can look beautiful, especially with a floppy white hat to keep your nice skin out of the UV rays. You can do any color though. Black is classic and a jewel green is gorgeous!
