Is brown mascara drastically different from the black one? Which one do you recommend

If you have light hair, blonde, light brown, or red you wanna go with brown, if you have dark hair, dark brown, black, you go with black mascara.

it all depends on what kind of look you're going for.
if you want dramatic then go for black regardless of your eyelash colour
if you want natural go for brown - if you're VERY blonde you can get lighter brown ones.
or you can buy eyelash dye which i would recommend if you have very light or red hair, they do a variety of colours and last twenty eight days ish.

black is crazy and brown is natural ,I think brown is better than ...

mostly i used clear mascara for i have a fair number or eye lash hair. but for me, black look seductive..(depends on the make up i think). but brown more looks elegant.

I tend to use black mascara, even though I am blonde.

Black mascara looks pretty, and and gives more volume to your eyelashes.

if your skin color is black than you use the brown mascara otherwise black mascara is the best option.
