    Default Sexy Nightgowns

Seems women's tastes in nightwear nowadays doesn't include pretty, sexy nightgowns as was common in bygone days. Even in porn, "lingerie" means bras and panties rather than flowy see-through gowns or shorty babydolls. Am curious why they're no longer seen much since women look really hot wearing them. Is it just a comfort factor that women now pretty much just wear tank tops and pajama bottoms to bed or another fashion ebb and flow?

My DH was nice enough to buy me a nighty and it is cute. I usually just wear sweatpants and a shirt to bed because it is warmer and more comfortable.

Tank and shorts. Much comfier. Sleeping is not a time to attempt to be sexy, before going to sleep sure and after you wake up for that matter...but while you are off dreaming about vacation spots, wining the lottery, or what you want for supper the next day you are not trying to look visually appealing.

I've owned some of those sexy, flowy, sensuous night stuff and never got a positive response. Tried it twice when I was in a relationship. The first time the guy ignored it, the second time my then husband asked what was that supposed to be? I told him it's supposed to be sexy and his response was, he doesn't care about that stuff. I gave up.

Now that I've given up worrying what men think, I wear what I like and feel good or sexy in. Maybe I'll just whip one up for my good self to enjoy the feel of wearing. Who cares if no one else sees it?

Guess I'm an oddball but I find it a real turn-on. Maybe that qualifies now for kink status like leather?

I normally go to bed wearing oversized shirts, boy shorts or a pair of his boxers, and (in cold weather) socks. I save the sexy stuff for special occasions, and even then I like it to be cotton and comfortable, not all this spandex and stuff. It comes off before sex and doesn't go back on after wards. I've received no complaints from him. :-)
