I love Zappos!

Not a female, but....

Zappos! Free shipping both ways. Customer service is top priority and they make you feel that way (believe it or not).

Has been sold to Amazon.com so things may be changing...hopefully not.

You can try GoJane I have bought one pair of shoes earlier from them..there shipping was fast and prices was affordable...

ebay sometimes an easy way. sizing seems fairly accurate (at least in my experience lol)

I go to amazon, cheap and free delivery.

i usually don't because its reallly hard for me to tell my right size when i do that cuz my feet are weird but some of my fav stores are steve madden and Spring

I've bought heels from Lane Bryant on-line!! But for the most part I like trying them on first.

careful when you buy online for shoes, as your regular shoe size could be alot smaller or larger when you order online

For comfortable shoes, I go for Ecco. I order them online if I cannot find the design I like in the store. They're a bit pricy but it's worth the extra $ for the quality and durability. They also replace your pair if things are not well with you within a year (manufacturing issue). It's also easy to return the pair/s you do not like. You earn points as you shop and you can redeem them later on.
