Default What are the best coloring utensils/materials for fashion sketching?

I bought some prismacolor colored pencils, the 36 pack, because I heard that they are good for people that are really into art. I haven't opened them yet, but I was wondering are they really the best pencils for fashion sketching? And if they are not, what are good colored pencils for fashion sketching? And What type of markers should I use when fashion sketching? I've been drawing every since I was a little girl, about 8 years old, and over the years I searched online for professional fashion sketches. Though I'm no professional, I have gotten better with practice. I want to get even better because I really want to get accepted in fashion design school.

So, What are some good brands? And what's the best type of paper to use? I use regular typing paper now, is that okay?

I used blendable pencils in mine, good for detailed drawing and creating shadows. I always use regular paper. I think you should just work out what works best for you. Prismacolour looks like a good choice!
