Skin b5 is excellent stuff, I highly recommend it..
However it gave me terrible migraines which I haven't had in years, and you shouldn't continue taking it if you experience headaches, so I've stopped using it now.

I use a apricot scrub in conjunction with a decent cleanser, my current cleanser contains benzoyl peroxide. However i am a guy, these treatments may be too harsh for more sensitive skin, i would recommend doing as i did and visit your a GP or pharmacist and ask what they would recommend for your level of acne severity.
