i need and exercise to work out my lower body like my butt.sorry to say ladies i have a small butt like i guess not flat but i have something and i bout a new dress that i want to show off..any suggetions...i staeted to do squats lunges p90x legs and back workouts..walking any other suggestion please???

Here's one to give your butt a lift. Stand nice and tall and straight, place your hands on a sufrace such as a counter or table, standing with your hips about a foot back, start with one leg straight, toes pointed, extend your leg straight behind you with your pointed toes touching the floor. Bounce your leg, lifting it behind you. Do at least 10 bounces and then do the other leg. This lifts a saggy bum and gives it more shape.
