Default excersize

i found some good workout ideas. find some good music that will motivate you to want to work out and its always best to either work out in the morning or at night ( if you wanna burn fat its best to work out in the morning because that is when your body has burnt up most of the calories from the previous day. if you work out at night you are going to burn calories not fat because you have already eaten for the day.) jumping jacks are a great cardio workout they tone muscle on the lower body and the mix of cardio and muscle are good for burning fat. i usually combine jumping jacks with running in place i run for i usually do this for about 40mins but if you are just starting out then just do it till you are sweating or until you dont think you can do it anymore i always push myself to do more. But remember its important to stretch first and if you feel you need to drink a little water thats ok but dont drink to much or you may get a side cramp same with eating if you eat right before you excersize you may get a side cramp.

I am not a fan of fitness video's or the type of workouts that they promote. For fat burning the best way is to get your heart rate up for a good 45 mins and the best way of doing that is by jogging/running.

I was in the army for nearly 12 years and the way I was though involves maximum results for minimum time (not minimum effort though)
A good steady state run 3 times a week for 45 mins will show real benefits after about 6 weeks. It'll also work your heart and lungs and generally just make you feel better. Also I think you'll find it'll change your appetite as in you'll crave different types of food.

I run about 4 or 5 times a week and I usually finish off with a ten minute abs session which is fairly simple combination of sit up/half sits/ inclined sit ups and crunchs. Thats mainly for my appearance cause I've always worked fairly hard to keep my tummy toned and it helps my bum to a certain degree. Once or twice a week I usually do an upper body session as well chest and arms but that doesn't really affect your appearance.

All in all I spend maybe 6 hours a week exercising and that includes warm ups/cool downs and stretching. Although I have taken to bumming around the gym recently although thats mainly social.

I had the same problem and then joined a gym and went to the classes - they are brill for people who find exercise boring and who haveno motivation - once im in the class - i work hard - i love having someone tellin gme what to do and the spirit is always so energetic and people are so nice- If you can afford it join a gym or a couple of local classes.

Default Exercising is Too Boring for Me Too

I have found that music is very helpful to exercising. Also going to a yoga class is very effective. I cannot run anymore because it hurts more than it helps, so I go up and down my stairs alot during the day. Working out with a personal trainer is the best. I wish I could find one in my new home. Yoga can be helpful for stretching and muscle building. I am a big fan of yoga.
All my best,
