Believe it or not, the best way to trim your waist is to burn calories with things like running, walking and cycling. This is because you can't "zap" fat off your middle with target-toning exercises like crunches. Crunches will strengthen and firm the area, but if you have excess fat layering around your middle, they won't help much with that. Losing weight overall will help you lose from your middle. So you need to aim to burn more calories and/or take in fewer calories.

Check this out:

Do it three times a week, while cutting calories, and you should see results within six weeks.
The Warm-Up
Raise your heart rate with any one of the following two-minute cardio bursts. If you ache from an activity, discontinue it and opt for another.

Cardio Choice 1: Jumping Jacks
Perform them continuously for two minutes, on a carpet or an exercise mat. If necessary, take a short break after every 10.

Cardio Choice 2: Jumping Rope
Jump on a carpet or mat, wearing sneakers with strong support.

Cardio Choice 3: Stair Climbing
Do a full flight or just one step (switching lead leg every 30 seconds).

I am cutting my calories and I have lost 10 lbs. I was just worried about my excersize routine. I just dont want to get really bored with it and stop like I have always done in the past but it seems like Im doing really good this is the most I've lost in a long time.
thanks for the advise after I lose some more weight Iwant to start running again. I just cant do it now because I know I would hurt my self.

Hi there!
It's tough to get around body tissues sometimes but remember that working larger muscle groups will help your body to maintain a higher level of metabolism - which will encourage fat burn while you are doing nothing.
larger muscles groups include - inner thigh, buttocks, front and back of thighs. Your stomach is also important. Here's a great way to get an ab workout without anything but you!

Lay on the floor on your back.
Rest the soles of your feet on the floor so that your knees are slightly bent.
Squeeze your buttocks and vaginal muscles really tightly and slowly pull your pelvis up off of the floor. Repeat until you feel the muscles fatigue slightly. (should feel in lower abs and pelvis)
For the rest of your tummy stay in the same position on the floor and press your ribs towards the floor so that you are flattening your tummy and kind of curling a little bit....
Try these and let me know how they go!

If sometimes you get tired of exercising even how much you need it or your body needs it. Then what will happen is that you escape today?s exercise and will do it tomorrow...But what if tomorrow you will get tire again?

What you should do in order for you to feel good in exercising and to give you the eagerness and the energy to exercise...Why not use Essential Oils like the Basil...It will surely help you with that situation of yours. Just rub a little amount of oils on your skin or defuse it on your defuser while doing your routine. This will make you feel good.

exercising itsself is a drug, otherwise you do something wrong.

Rules for a workout plan:
  1. it includes various types of sport
  2. rewarding regeneration of the muscles (hot showers, massage, rest)
  3. doing the the sport at least 30 minutes regularly
--> this is the way to produce the "happiness hormones" which make you addictive.

If you are just tired and have followed the aboved rules you may just need more recovery or you just have a bad day for sport. in that case don't push you because it will demotivate you. That the last rule:
4. listen to your body.
