Default Lipo laser

has anyone ever heard of Lipo laser? it is basically breaking down all those tough fatty tissues that don't leave by excercise and losing inches.
i've been doing it for 3 sessions and lost 5 centimeters off of my hips.
but does anyone know if it is permanent?
I also run and drink moderate amount of water and watch my appetite.

I know some people who work at a company that makes this sort of equipment (I don't know if it is "lipo laser" or a competitor). The horror stories I hear. The woman I know who joined the company recently desperately wants to leave - feels that she was helping them take advantage of unhappy women.

Exercise and healthy eating habits will keep you at your correct weight and looking good. Artificial changes will just make you look fake.

There was one woman I know who had a unique and absolutely angelic face - honestly the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She was depressed, and became convinced that she needed to improve her appearance. The doctors "fixed" her face and now she looks like every other cookie-cutter attractive woman. (and of course she is still depressed).

Elsa - I havent see you, but I expect you look just fine. The thing that would most improve your appearance is to be happy.

Sorry - I'm very negative on cosmetic surgery for anyone who isn't actually disfigured.

Default Keep it up

I would recommend 10 treatments per month for the first 2 months. I would not recommend to fully stop treatment - although you can with visible results - but instead after the second or third month try doing at least 2 treatments per month. Good luck
