Is 150 crunches a day enough to see results? I don't have any fat really I just want my stomach to be flatter and more toned. I know cardio is key and I'm starting lacrosse in a week so I'll be running a lot. How long will it take running 5 days a week and doing 150 crunches every day??

I would suggest you do a variety of ab exercise if you want to stay toned. Your body will adapt to 150 crunches in just a week or two. Do a search on ab exercises and do a couple sets of several different ones that target all areas of your abs.
good luck
