what is the best way to achieve this? I gain all my weight in my hips, thighs, and butt. I would like to slim it all down and fast but I have knee problems and squats and lunges are painful. I do not gain proportionatly. I am very slender on top and curved on the bottom (which I don't care for bc IMO beyonce and JLO are digusting. ) So help Whats the best way to get the weight off these regions quickly/

Well, it sounds like you have a pear shaped body, it's your body type and unfortunately (in your point of view) there's nothing you can change about that. I, personally, would kill to have that body type!

Spot reduction is a myth. You can't lose weight in specific areas because your body is not designed for that. No amount of lunges or squats will change that. Sure, you'll get more toned, but if you want to lose weight in those areas then you'll need to take in less calories.

You posted before on how you're already working out. It sounds like you're on your way!!

I am trying, I am a total yoga nut, but I hate the gym my brothers gf drags me sometime but I really hate it. I have recently got roller skates and am gonna start skating but I need to get outdoor wheels for the skates.
Yeah it's so not my body type, I prefer more the Holly Madison look.
