Default Want to Make my Butt Bigger!

I enjoy my womanly curves and i want them to stay as i work out.
I was born naturally with a shapley bum but it has no muscle mass at all. Everytime i begin a workout regimine, my butt goes out the window and i am not Ok with that. does anyone know of a work out that will help me keep my booty and maybe gain some muscle? I will be checking back so lemme know.

i hear squats and lunges are good, but i have that same problem too!! i was wanting to work off my gut, which i did, but i feel like my butt and thighs have gotten a little smaller. any ideas anyone!!!

It's hard to describe in writting but you need to lift and shape it. There are exersizes for this. I don't think you can make your butt bigger without all of you getting bigger. One exersize is to stand nice and tall, if needed place your hands on a counter top or chair back for support. With your feet apart slightly(6 to 12 inches) extend one leg back, toes pointed and gently bounce it straight back, so your foot raises a few inches off the floor. This helps to lift your bum, which gives it more shape. I'm sure you can do a search and find a bunch more.

honestly it may sound silly but go with the old classic buns of steel dvd. It will do wonders to shape and tone your backside.

Best butt building exercise you can do is squats and lunges hands down. Be sure and study up on proper techniques form and gradually work your weights up.

Be careful to start slow as these will make ya walk like you got a corn cob up your butt as it really builds the muscle mass in the inter thighs and glutes (butt muscle)

To build muscle you have to injure the muscle tissue this is were the soreness comes from so be sure and take a couple days off between workouts to allow the body to recover. PS this as well keeps the butt from dropping as we age and these can be done from inside your home or gym.

gotta agree, squats and lunges. I went from an almost non-existent butt (ran it all off lol) to getting compliments all the time at how nice it is. Never thought I'd see the day where I of all people had an enviable butt. My bf is very much-so a butt guy, and he's very highly approving of what it looks like now. Squats and lunges really work!

I am one of the few guys that works out on his lower half in addition to all the beach muscles(Chest,back,bi,tri,and shoulder and abs). I work out my butt too. I do squats but try what we call a scorpion squat or curtsy squat.I prefer Scorpion as its more masculine. It's a squat but you take one leg(right one) and point it towards the left. It should look like your doing a curtsy or like a scorpion. Always with weight.
I also do lunges(forward,reverse,and angled lunges). Also, work out the hamstrings.

I work out my back as the bigger my back the smaller my butt looks. Unfortunately, it's also true for my chest. The bigger my pecs are the smaller my junk looks(Just joking). It's small either way.

ooh ooh i have one thats great.. but watch for stress on your lower back..

k. lie on the floor ( i love this because it makes it seem like you are doing nothing at all..until the burn)
2. keep your stomach on the floor but raise your head slightly and your thighs.
3. hold for 10 seconds.

reapeat as many times as you can..usually about 10

when you get comfortable doing this you can start to raise a lil higher.

or you can play with the position of your hands if you get bored. Superman! I wanted to make my body look good in a dress and it made my lower back, glutes..that curve under your buttcheeck pops out making it fuller and not just a crevice.

But after about 3 weeks of doing it starts to adapt to your body..so i say do them on and off.
