Congrats on getting married! I can see how having an office job would make it difficult to stay in shape...all the holiday goodies, birthday cakes, bagels, etc! What I would recommend is getting the Eating for Life book by Bill Phillips, its a great book and its not a "diet" its a change in lifestyle. You were saying that you get bored w/ jogging, well switch it up...dont be too hard on yourself and make a goal to work out 3 days a week, then if u master that, try 4 and so on. Another key factor in maintaining your weight is to PACK A LUNCH!! This will help out sooo much cause lets face it, if you dont pack a lunch, its much easier to grab something unhealthy and quick to eat then to order a salad! Drink tons of water! Also when Im at work I drink coffee/tea (believe it or not coffee is full of antioxidents!!) Lastly, I have a healthy lifestyle for 6 days/week....that last day, I eat what I want....and dont feel bad about it! You have to indulge sometimes and to be honest keeping this 1 day a week as a "free" day keeps me sane!!!
