    You can't spot reduce fat. The body loses fat in a genetically determined pattern.

    I have pretty much the same problem. I usually cope with it by doing a mix of ab routines and cardio. The ab workouts will build and tone muscle, and the cardio burns fat that lays on top of the muscle. I used to use this great pilates video that was only $10 at Borders. It was only a 20 minute workout and it worked amazingly.

    I have the same problem, i am 5ft 1 and weigh 100 lbs but after having my son my once flat stomach had a small pouch. Iv'e found that running 3-4 times a week combined with 25 crunches (regular and backwards), as many lunges and squats as i can do, and drinking plenty of water has helped me alot. It may sound like alot but the eld result is amazing and you stay healthy in the process. I hope you find what works for you. Ps, i also think that spot reduction is a lie lol.
