Default How to keep my bust?

I've been pretty curvy my whole life and after high school, i fell into the dreaded "freshman 15" statistic. Well, i've been exercising and eating healthier and i feel like the only places losing fat, are my bust and my behind!!! what should i do to keep both and lose weight in less attractive parts of my body?

Hi taro,

Unfortunately, you can't control where you lose weight and where you can keep weight. You're losing weight in the bust and butt because that's probably the places you gained weight last. You're going to lose weight the way your body is designed to lose weight and you have no control over the issue, minus the option of getting surgery done.

I suggest that you maybe would want to do excersizes that involve building up the butt muscles and maybe do some butterfly curls to build up the bust muscles. Let's face it, you're going to lose weight there because there's more fatty tissue in those areas. Excersizing can help shape and tone those areas and make them look perkier.

I hope that helped. Good luck

aww that makes me sad

i LOVE to run and i really don't like doing muscle building exercises. however, i really want to keep my shape so looks like i'm just going to have to buck up and start doing what's best for my body. this will certainly be interesting...

Check out the Flat Belly Diet, (you can get the book for $14 at Costco) It claims that you'll lose the bellky fat first.

I started it and it was kind of funny. There is a 4 day jump start diet that is supposed to get rid of "bloat". I don't drink soda, eat fried foods or many of the things they are assuming everyone does and needs to cut out and it gave me really bad gas! LOL. I sort of drifted out off it.

I know if I followed the basic diet guidelines it would be good. I've done quite a bit of self educating on diet and it looks balanced and reasonable.
