Hi all,
I am 23 years old girl and i m too thin which makes me feel bad.My figure is also not good, my breasts aresmall. Please help me get out of this, as i want to gain more weights, make my figure and my boobs perfect. Kindly help me out... |

You didn't specify what kind of weight, you can gain weight in muscle or fat. Since breasts are mostly fat, you'll want to gain weight in fat. You can eat walnuts, walnuts are great for gaining weight and are high in healthy fat known as "omega-3". Lean red meat is great as well. Eat snacks between breakfest and lunch, like Trail Mix.
One thing to remember, this isn't going to be an overnight thing, it's going to take months. You don't want to gain weight too fast and stress your heart. The last thing you want to do is gobble down tons of junk food. You want to eat more HEALTHY calories is the key. You want to take in more calories than you burn. Just look at which food has more calories, corn has more calories than green beans for example. |

Why do you think you are "too" thin? Most of the population is over padded. Are truly too thin, or is it just your natural build? Nothing wrong with small breasts, mine have done me fine for years! Now in my youth I was very slender and had some complaints about my hip bones - had a bf say he could get cut on them LOL! Got more padding these days but you can still easily find my hips bones! I have NEVER had a lover tell me my boobs were too small.
You can tone and shape your body with exersize to look your very best! |

I have this same problem. I have been underweight all my life and its not that i dont eat enough i eat way too much, for me personally its just genetic is this the same for you? If so the only thing that helped my mother gain weight was weight lifting because muscle is heavy and therefore makes you weigh more. I cannot keep to any fitness program so i have started a weight gain diet i found on the net and so far its working, have a go and see if it works for you: *****

i was the same way until about a year ago i looked as if i was just sick way too thin and it wasn't because i wasn't eating i just couldn't gain weight! for me it was a genetic thing my mom is the same way along with my aunt and grandma..but my boyfriend is really into working out and gaining muscle so he used to drink those weight gainer drinks that are very high in protein so i started drinking them and working out doing some weight lifting ,yoga things to keep in shape while drinking them and now im at my perfect weight and look a lot better..my breast also got a lot bigger and they were very small as well- so i would try something like that if you have the time to work out while drinking those drinks..good luck
